Set in the 1916 Kaysner Estate as part of Historic Bothell, Preservation Kitchen has a charm and understated elegance that is perfect for your private party or special event. Whether you’re in one of our cozy private rooms upstairs, one of our spacious dining rooms, or out on the patio, our restaurant has several setting options for your special celebration. The beautiful woodwork, leaded glass windows, brick fireplaces and soft candlelight add elegance while still giving you a comfortable setting for your friends and family. Private Rooms
The Gerard room seats up to 6 people and is reserved on a first come, first served basis. There is no additional fee for the use of the room if the party orders off of our regular menu. For drinks and appetizers only, there will be a $50 room usage fee applied.
The Kaysner room seats up to 16 people and is reserved on a first come, first served basis. There is no additional fee for the use of the room if the party orders off of our regular menu. For drinks and appetizers only, there will be a $50-$100 room usage fee applied depending on the number of guests in the party.

$150 minimum charge for parties of 12-16 in the Kaysner room
$250 minimum charge for private parties of 34 people or fewer in back dining room on Saturday and $300 on Sunday
$1,000 minimum charge for private parties of 35 people or more in front dining room on Saturday and $1,500 on Sunday

Join us for a private Happy Hour Party
Available from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm in back dining or patio
$200 minimum charge for private parties of 20 or more
*Separate Checks will not be issued for private Happy Hour parties
*Room or patio must be vacated no later than 6:00 pm
